I’m glad that it meant a lot to you to be able to come in contact with me on Facebook. I do find it meaningful to be able to learn more about the few 43T users that I both find interesting and trustworthy enough.
1. Finish my current book and start the next 2. Set up my calender to list the appointments for the next 2 weeks which are currently on random scraps of paper 3. Eat 2 servings of fruit {Gala Apple, handful of dried pineapple}
In a way I think it might be potentially helpful but my main fear about getting competitive with my weight loss efforts is my past experiences of falling into borderline eating disorder trends.
It seems as if every few months I need to once again set out and organize or should I say purge my internet bookmarks from how quickly they seem to get out of control. And looking at my current mess in Firefox I see that the vast majority of the bookmarks were quick temporary things that have outlasted their usefulness. Unfortunately there are enough useful repeat visit materials mixed into the mess that it needs to be sorted through to ensure that nothing valuable gets purged by mistake. The plan is to have a two level bookmark system where Google bookmarks will hold the important stuff that I care about when Firebox will store the shorter term bookmarks that I don’t want to hold onto long term. So in theory as long as I keep up the system once I start I should be able to blindly purge Firefox every few weeks to months without losing anything important by keeping the important bookmarks elsewhere.
I’ve been back up to 258 (+6) for the past few times that I’ve weight myself and sadly I’m not sure how much better I’ll be able to do as my social anxiety medication has a listed side effect of possible weight gain (or loss) so it looks like it might be working against me.
